Despite a slower start to the year with regards to waterfront sales, July and August catapulted the 2024 sales year to surpass 2023 with a total sold volume of just over $84M with four months remaining.

There were four residential waterfront sales posted for the month of August. The adjusted average price per linear foot has edged up to $9,972 for this year-to-date.

Inventory has begun to increase, including some lower priced properties that have stabilized the median prices. We expect this will result in continued increased sales activity as the summer season ends and we head into fall.
