Flathead Lake Real Estate We are over a week into October, and beautiful late-summer weather continues to persist. Deciduous trees are at varying stages of color and we have seen several days of glassy water and clear skies. There were four reported sales around the lake for the month of September, building on the increased sales volume earlier in the summer. With 4th quarter sales yet to be reported, we have surpassed 2023 in total sales at $91M in 26 transactions. The average sale price for 2024 is up nearly $1M over 2023 at $3.5M. Inventory appears to have stabilized, up 24% over last year at this time, but seasonally decreasing to 46 residential units and 11 land listings currently available.
