Despite a slower start to the year with regards to waterfront sales, the month of July yielded seven significant sales around the lake for $36M in total volume. This matched the total volume of the 11 year to date transactions logged through June. With this significant jump in reported sales, 2024 is poised to surpass last year in total waterfront sales. Inventory has begun to increase, including some lower priced properties that have stabilized the median prices.
